Quality Control

Quality control is an essential part of every janitorial program we provide. Our systematic approach ensures consistent, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services that meet our clients' expectations. Through regular inspections, performance monitoring, and proactive communication, we identify opportunities for improvement and maintain the highest standards of service.

We view quality control as more than a process—it is a commitment that guides our daily operations and reflects our dedication to delivering dependable results on every project.

Service Quality Management

Service Quality Management is designed to proactively prevent service deficiencies and ensure all contract requirements are consistently achieved. Through structured planning, employee training, routine oversight, and continuous improvement measures, we maintain a reliable system that supports exceptional service delivery.

Prior to contract performance, we will carefully review all scope requirements and develop a customized cleaning schedule based on the client’s needs, facility operations, and our proven industry experience. A detailed work schedule and calendar will be prepared and submitted for client review and approval to ensure clear expectations and accountability.

Our quality assurance process includes multiple levels of inspections, including:

  • Daily performance inspections to verify completion and quality of scheduled cleaning tasks.

  • Unannounced safety inspections to confirm compliance with established safety procedures.

  • Random quality audits to evaluate overall service performance and identify areas for improvement.

Inspection checklists will be utilized to document findings and ensure consistent evaluations. Facilities will be reviewed by area type, including public spaces and occupied areas, with any identified deficiencies addressed promptly to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Management Inspections and Corrective Action

Our Project Manager and supervisory team are responsible for maintaining consistent service quality through a structured inspection process. All inspections are documented using detailed checklists, which are signed and dated upon completion to ensure accountability and proper recordkeeping.

Management personnel conduct three levels of inspections, including routine performance reviews, unannounced safety inspections, and random quality audits. In addition, our safety team performs ongoing workplace safety reviews to promote compliance with established safety standards. Team Leaders also complete routine inspections of assigned areas to verify that cleaning tasks are completed properly and meet client expectations.

Corrective Action Process

If any area is found to be out of compliance with the Quality Control Plan, corrective action will be initiated immediately upon notification. Deficiencies will be addressed and corrected within one business day. The employee responsible for the assigned area will complete the necessary corrections, followed by verification from the Supervisor.

Once corrective work is completed, the Supervisor will document completion and submit the report for review. The Property Manager will then conduct a follow-up inspection to confirm that all issues have been resolved and that the required standards have been achieved.
